The New Mexico Foundation for Open Government has announced a seminar on public access and government; public records and open meetings laws!.
Attendees will be brought up to speed on the latest developments in public records and open meetings law by among others, APS School Board Member Marty Esquivel and Journal Managing Editor Kent Walz. The Journal in fact, is hosting the event.
Currently, APS is hiding public records of at least three investigations into felony criminal misconduct by senior APS administrators, in the scandal that rocked the leadership of the APS Police force in 2007.
Esquivel is complicit or
complacent in hiding
the ethically redacted truth
about public corruption and
incompetence in the leadership of the APS.
Journal Editor Kent Walz is
fully aware that APS is hiding
public records and he will not
assign a reporter to investigate
the cover up of felony criminal
misconduct by senior administrators.
Or the cover up of that cover up.
Esquivel and Walz will sit together in the front of the room acting like nothing's going on.
As will everyone else in the FOG.
Esquivel by Mark Bralley
Walz by yours truly
