The only reason APS Police officers, including their Chief, can wear badges is because Bernalillo County Sheriff Dan Houston certifies them.APS Police Chief Steve Tellez is part of a cover up of felony criminal misconduct.
Why won't Houston do anything?
Why is he just sitting there doing nothing?
